• Joseph Novielli, Jr. Owner/Partner

Joe Novielli

Joe began his  insurance career in 1982 at INA as an underwriter.  He subsequently worked at National Grange Mutual, Crum and Forster Personal Insurance and HPB Inc. rotating through all sectors in the property, casualty, life, health and business insurance arena.

In 1990, Joe founded the independent agency of Insurance Advisory Network, Inc.  His business  grew from zero  clients to well over 800 in less than 4 years.

In 1994 Joe’s agency  merged with Whitford Insurance Inc. becoming Whitford Insurance Network, Inc.

Joe is married to  his high school sweetheart Karen.  They have 4 children and currently live in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

• Robert A. Ward  CPIA, CIC,     Owner/Partner

Bob Ward

Bob began his insurance career in 1980 at General Accident insurance company in Philadelphia as a third party claims adjuster. In 1981 he moved to INA insurance company as an underwriter.

In 1983, he joined The F.J.  Ward agency in Coatesville as an independent agent. In 1986, he purchased the agency with his brother Frank, and in 1990, he formed his own agency, RA Ward Agency. In 1993, Bob merged his agency with the Whitford Insurance Network, Inc.  in Exton, PA.

Bob earned his CIC designation in 1985, his CPIA designation in 1989, and his CWCA designation in 2009.

Bob has also been active in insurance education, and in 1995 was accepted onto the National Alliance CIC Faculty. Bob has taught commercial insurance seminars in over 20 states to date.

Bob currently lives in West Brandywine with his wife Diane, and two children, Brian and Kevin.

• Amy Brill, CIC, CISR  Office Manager

  

  Amy Brill

  Amy has worked in the Insurance industry since graduating from the University of Florida in 1979.  Her first employer was the Florida Farm Bureau adjusting workers compensation claims.   She then worked as a group insurance underwriter for BMA Insurance in Kansas City.

• Amy has been helping Whitford clients with their insurance policies for the past 13 years in both personal and commercial lines.  She earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative)

designation in 1999 and her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) in 2001.

Amy has been married to her husband Fred for 31 years and has raised 3 great children and has a new Golden Retriever puppy.

• Mark Eckhoff   Sales Agent

Mark Eckhoff

Mark has represented Whitford Insurance and its diversified companies since 1995.  He has expertise in both personal and commercial lines of insurance.  Mark has grown his business exclusively on a referral basis and has hundreds of satisfied customers in and around Delaware and Chester Counties.

Mark lives in Garnet Valley, PA with his wife and daughter.

• Terrie Fissel CISR  Commercial Account Manager  (accounts  A-L)

Terrie Fissel

Terrie has worked at Whitford Insurance since 2003 exclusively in the Commercial Lines Department.   She earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2006.

Terrie strives to provide the best product at the most competitive premium for all of her commercial lines clients.

Sandee Paugh

Sandee has been with Whitford Insurance Network for 10 years working first in personal lines and then for the last 3 1/2 years as a Commercial Account Manager.  She earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2008.

• Amy Silknitter,   Personal Account Manager  (accounts A-L)

Amy Silknitter

Amy has been in the insurance industry since February, 2005.  She works with Whitford’s personal lines clients and considers direct interaction with our clients the best part of her job.   Amy earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2009.

Amy has been married since 2005 and lives with her husband and her gang of furry companions in Lancaster County.

• Deb Gallen Personal Account Manager  (accounts M – Z)

Debbie Gallen

We are very happy to welcome Debbie Gallen as our newest employee at Whitford Insurance Network.  Debbie comes to us with a strong customer service background and is a licensed Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance Agent.    She will be now be handling Persoanl Lines Account M – Z f.  Debbie is married with three children and lives in Delaware County.

• Diane Ward Bookkeeper

Diane Ward

Diane has worked with numbers since graduating from Millersville University in 1982.  First as an account manager with AMP Inc.; then as a credit analyst with Chase Aircraft Finance Co.

Diane joined her husband, Bob, at the F.J. Ward Agency in Coatesville in 1986 handling accounts receivable/payable duties on a part time basis. She continued handling the bookkeeping/accounting duties at the R.A. Ward Agency in 1990 and then at Whitford Insurance Network, Inc. in 1993.

Diane currently lives in West Brandywine with her husband, Bob, and their two sons.
